Victoria L. Cartagena was born and raised in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Victoria moved to NYC after graduating from college in order to pursue her dream of becoming an actor. Since that time she has worked extensively in theatre, television, commercials and film. Victoria is a proud graduate of American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA).

Plays Renee Montoya in <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt8712204/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Batwoman (2019)</a> season 3 and on Fox&#39;s <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/title/tt3749900/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Gotham (2014)</a>.
