Inci Türkay graduated from Ankara Hacettepe University State Conservatory, department of Theatre. She has acted in movies such as Arkadasim Max, Kizim Icin, Kostebekgiller: Perili Orman; and TV series such as Sihirli Annem, Teyzanne, Cuma'ya Kalsa, Kacin Kurasi. Inci Turkay, who is also a voice artist, is the winner of the Avni Dilligil Theater Award and the Afife Theater Award.
