Kenyon Grey is a national recording artist, an award-winning singer/songwriter, an award-winning screenwriter, a film director, producer, composer, and a retired professional firefighter. Kenyon retired off the FD when he signed screenwriter contracts with Premier Management in LA and signed a recording contract with RCM Records.

"Heaven In Your Eyes", a song he wrote with Thurane Aung Khin, charted at #83, playing on radio across America.

It led to Kenyon Grey receiving a Top 10 Artist of the Year Award through the CCMA and performing at the 2001 CCMA Awards Ceremony at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel, located near the Country Music Hall of Fame in downtown Nashville.

1002 Productions in Nashville brought in Grammy winner writer/producer Tony Marty with Curb Records and Kenyon embarked upon a solo music venture. New Music Weekly, Billboard, FM Quarterback, Radio & Records, and Gavin gave the project a 4 out of 4-star rating.

Kenyon also optioned two scripts to CEI Entertainment and placed songs in the film "The Sum of One".

Which led to Kenyon scoring music and writing additional storylines for the film "Vampire Slayers", distributed by SPG Entertainment. As well he was an executive producer on the film "The Legend of Crown King", also with SPG.

Kenyon wrote, directed and scored his first feature film entitled "The Whistler", voted one of IFC's most watched web videos. Boll AG picked it up and placed it with Netflix and Hollywood Video.

"The Whistler" continues to stay in distribution, currently airing on Plex TV.

Kenyon also scripted "Isom Dart", "Savage Dawn", and co-wrote "Taming the Beast" with Thurane Aung Khin.

"Isom Dart" reached the Quarterfinals of the 2012 BlueCat Screenplay Competition. "Savage Dawn" was selected an Official Finalist in the 2014 Beverly Hills Screenplay Contest. "Taming the Beast" reached the Quarterfinals of the 2016 BlueCat Screenplay Competition.

"Isom Dart" is under contract to finance and production is scheduled for 2024.

Kenyon formed his entertainment company, Sea Lion Global Films, LLC in 2016. He continues to write and produce his film slate, including "Taming the Beast", "A Fairy's Tale", "Kaleidoscope", "Roid Rage", and a script he co-wrote with his son Austin Shea Long entitled, "Beacons". Each of these scripts are receiving some very high praise.

Kenyon also scripted the pilot episode for "Life in the Key of G", a new faith-based musical/drama television series.

As well, he has embarked upon a faith based, 12-song CCM live concert, television and film event, currently touring worldwide.

One of the musical numbers, "Ordinary World", placed as a finalist in the 23rd Annual Great American Song Contest and debuted at #13 on the plaympe Top 20 Christian Chart (stream) and charted at #2 on the (CRC) Christian Radio Chart, where it stayed in the Top 10 for five weeks.

Two other songs, "I'll Be the One" and "Palm Sunday", joined "Ordinary World" and placed in the 20th Annual Christian Songwriting Competition.

in 2023, Kenyon recorded eight songs with AOK Records and Productions (Nashville).

His debut new country song "When Angels Cry" was featured in a television spot for NBC (Art Pops) and aired several times for the network, including several spots during seasons 23 and 24 of The Voice.

Kenyon followed up with a music video of "When Angels Cry".

It was picked up by The Country Network and began airing on TCN's Sunday morning Positive Country program.
