Amanda Alvey has been appearing in High School and Community theater
for years in the Reno area. Less Like Me is her first film as an
actress. She came to be involved in Gift for Fiction Entertainment
through her friendship with company founder Mike Olinger. She
eventually moved on from being an actress on the company's first
project, Less Like Me, to being a producer, as well as helping to
handle hair, makeup and wardrobe on the film. She is the chief
publicity officer for Gift for Fiction Entertainment and a member of
the Board of Directors. Her future projects include co-producing
Prayers of a Stalker for Gift for Fiction, as well as co-writing the
script with Rhiannon Box for their first foray behind the lens, The
Dip, which is also to be produced through Gift for Fiction.
