- Co-founded the sketch comedy group "Sitcoms Blow" with friends Jon Artigo, Stephen Petty and Dane Hanson.
- Was a stand-in for Matthew Lillard in Scream.
- Graduated from Willits High School in Willits, California, the same school attended by Tre Cool from the band Green Day.
- While in high school, he was voted Homecoming and Prom King, as well as class clown. He did the morning announcements every morning in strange voices, which got him interested in performing and was All-League in Baseball.
- Favorite movie is The Breakfast Club.
