Patricia Faria is a Brazilian Casting Director known for the mini series "Children of the Church Steps" (2024) and award-winning films such as "Charcoal" (2022), "7 Prisoners" (2021), "Yakuza Princess" (2021), "Ecstasy" (2020), "Vazante" (2017), "Don't Call Me Son" (2016), "The Second Mother" (2015), "Dirty Hearts" (2011), "Xingu" (2011), "The Famous and the Dead" (2009), "The Year My Parents Went on Vacation" (2006), "Antônia" (2006) besides the HBO Latin America TV Series "El Hipnotizador" (2015).
Patricia Faria holds a BA in Cinema from Foundation Armando Alvares Penteado, São Paulo, Brazil. She studied and practiced Theater at the Theater Research Center under the direction of Antunes Filho. Her first artistic interest was Dance, part of her studies at Municipal School of Ballet of São Paulo, currently knows as School Dance of São Paulo, and at the Master Dance Project under the direction of Marina Herrero.
