Clyde J. Bruff(1945-2024)

Clyde, otherwise known as The Commander to those who know and love him, is a Duquesne University Bachelor of Arts/History graduate and AFIT/University of Wyoming MBA /Finance. Clyde's love of acting started early. He starred in his high school play at Holy Innocents High School in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. While at Duquesne University, he met and fell in love with his wife of over 50 years, Anne. Together, they moved on active duty to Cheyenne, Wyoming, where they started their family and had two children, Judd and Julie (Jules) Bruff. Clyde served as a SAC Squadron Commander in charge of 5% of land-based nuclear weaponry in the U.S. Air Force. After being stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA, they fell in love with the Golden State and never looked back. He then became a successful stockbroker in San Francisco.
Clyde finally dipped his toe back into his first love, performing, when he became a Bay Area radio talk-show host for KSFO/ABC and KGO/ABC radio and an on-camera financial host on KPIX/CBS TV. Clyde went on to train professionally with Terry McGovern, Gwen Gilliss, David Dean Bottrell, and Jeffery Brooks. He has been a proud member of SAG/AFTRA since Fall 2007.
Since 2002, Clyde has appeared as Lead, Co-Star, Supporting Actor, and VO actor in 40 Hollywood feature films, independent films, and TV series.
