Gregory O'Connor made his New York Stage debut when Burt Young pulled him out of an acting class to play a lead role in the Actor's Studio production of "Hagerty." Mr. O'Connor has since been featured in several off-Broadway plays and a number of television productions and independent films. A very physical actor, his exuberant charm and almost dangerous intensity make for a compelling stage presence.

He studied acting with Owen Hollander, Gary Swanson, and other members of the Actor's Studio and studied directing actors with Salem Ludwig.

While pursuing his PhD, he briefly trained in modern dance with
<a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0606769/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Mark Morris</a>.
