Nazariy Demkowicz is an award-winning actor whose talent and passion for acting have taken him on an incredible journey; from walking red carpets in Hollywood to acting alongside world-class talent.
Nazariy had a running start in Winnipeg, Manitoba landing his first acting role at the young age of six in the Academy Award-winning feature film "Capote" directed by Bennett Miller, starring the distinguished Philip Seymour Hoffman. He has not slowed since, with the excitement and love of being on set fueling his drive for years to come.
Nazariy took on the character of Ben, a runaway teen who is up to no good in Syfy's hit series "Channel Zero" created by Nick Antosca and directed by Arkasha Stevenson. He also completed the role of Vladimir, a protective young brother eager to be just like the other guys, on the set of the feature film "Siberia" directed by Matthew Ross, and starring the renowned Keanu Reeves. He is honored to have performed among such incredible artists.
Most recently, Nazariy performed under the direction of David Slade in MGM's film "Dark Harvest", slated for release in 2022. He also traveled into another dimension while filming "The Elevator Game", directed by Rebekah McKendry.
Nazariy has traveled to Hollywood for The Young Entertainer Awards and to Vancouver for the Joey Awards on numerous occasions where he has been awarded BEST ACTOR for his role in "The Pinkertons" and "Channel Zero" and received BEST ACTOR nominations for his work in "Radius" and "Siberia". He is incredibly grateful for these and the other recognitions he has received.
Nazariy enjoys every bit of it. He continues to train and expand his knowledge to learn new skills and gain experience in many areas. Nazariy is pursuing his passions and doing what he loves, always looking forward to tackling new challenges and embarking on new adventures.
