Max Kaplow (born October 8, 1993) is a writer, director, and producer. He was a staff writer on the first season of the Netflix drama 'American Jesus' (covid delayed) based on Mark Miller's graphic novel. Born and raised in Washington, D.C. by a family of journalists, Max played Division I baseball at George Washington University where he also wrote and directed on the Regional Emmy winning sitcom 'Gender Neutral'.
He earned his MFA in Screenwriting from the University of Texas at Austin's School of Radio, Television, and Film, where he was a fellow at the Michener Center for Writers. He is the founder of Wild Pitch Productions.
