- At the age of 19, he was drag racing on a desolate two lane highway, when suddenly his drive shaft snapped at approximately 140mph. Luckily, he was able to recover, and save the car from crashing.
- Has a huge interest in drag racing. Built a 1972 Chevelle in his late teens, and raced it regularly.
- When he first read Wally's Wonderland (now Willy's) it reminded him of his childhood when he would sometimes peak behind the curtains at Showbiz Pizza wondering if he would ever catch the animatronic creatures moving on their own.
- He found the script Willy's Wonderland (originally titled, Wally's Wonderland) in 2016, as the result of his wife receiving a group email from the writer doing an Indigogo campaign. She decided to share it with her husband. After reading the script, he decided to produce the feature length film.
- Met director Kevin Lewis in 2003 while working with him on Malibu Spring Break. Jeremy was a reader, and read opposite of the actors auditioning, and the director ended up hiring the young actor for a bit part in the film, giving him his first film role.
- Was the founding producer of the project who eventually optioned it, and he brought Kevin Lewis on to direct Willy's Wonderland (originally called, Wally's Wonderland). The two had kept in touch on and off over the years ever since they worked together on Malibu Spring Break, and were excited to work together again.
- "I found it very fulfilling directing a play; being on the other side of things for the first time and not being an actor in that show. It was just a one-act play with probably a $15 budget". - He's married to actress Jessica Graves Davis. The two worked on Willy's Wonderland together, she plays Siren Sara, and Jeremy was a producer.
- Is the president and founder of JD Entertainment, a film production company originally based out of Los Angeles.
