Melanie is an award-winning film and television editor with over 18 years experience working on indie dramas and documentaries. Her work has recently been nominated for an Academy Award for Three Songs for Benazir, a rare love story that dares to find hope beyond war.
Her feature film credits include I Met a Girl, an Australian Netflix Original comedy/drama; Waiting for the Miracle to Come starring Charlotte Rampling and Willie Nelson and Despite the Gods, which chronicles film director Jennifer Lynch as she braves the unmapped territory of Bollywood-Hollywood movie making.
Melanie has also worked on many award-winning television series including High Life which was the winner of Best Digital Original Drama at Content London and Iggy & Ace which was selected to screen at Series Mania in France.
Melanie is a Film Independent Project Involve Fellow. She is also a fellow of the Berlin Talent Campus - Editing Studio at the Berlin International Film Festival.
