Before I write another word about Johny Hendricks, I have a confession to make.
I am biased.
I am an Oklahoma State alumnus, born and raised in beautiful Stillwater, Oklahoma. At the dinner table each night as a young Lucky, we thanked God for Henry Iba, Eddie Sutton, and the entire Smith wrestling dynasty (LeRoy, John, Pat, & Mark) with their 7 national championships and 2 Olympic gold medals. I take great pride in the 34 national champions and 134 individual Ncaa championships of my school and alma mater. And our Johny is part of that bedrock.
When I see a Cowboy wrestler with a freaking spitter on stage at a Ufc presss conference, rocking an epic beard, and his easy going folksy accent, I know that’s my guy. That’s a Good Ole Boy. Now with all of that being said, I can objectively and emphatically state:
Johny Hendricks Is Getting Screwed

We’ve been given the task, nay, honour of debuting the trailer for G2′s new movie, Dragon Eyes starring Jean Claude Van Damme to the world! To say that the trailer is intense is rather an understatement as it features various fist fights throughout pretty much the entire 1 minute and 42 seconds that it runs!
Dragon Eyes is released on DVD and Blu-ray 9th April and as well as the legendary Van Damme, stars Robocop himself Peter Weller alongside Cung Le, Dan Henderson, Trevor Prangley and Gilbert “El Ni ÑO” Melendez.
St. Jude Square is a neighbourhood living in fear as duelling drug gangs and corrupt police terrorize the streets… until hope arrives in Hong (Cung Le – Fighting, Tekken, Pandorum ), a mysterious stranger who after release from prison decides to take a stand and fight back. Using his unparalleled martial arts skills and calling on the teachings of his ex-cell...

Mixed Martial Arts, in its current inception, is a sport. When it began 20 years ago, it wasn’t. Not because it was more violent, which it was, but because it wasn’t conceived or presented as a sport. It was designed, in equal parts, as an earnest attempt to pit one martial arts style against another and as a violent spectacle. The Ufc was started, essentially, as a live-action martial arts infomercial by the Gracie family, the pioneers of Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, who were anxious to demonstrate their vastly superior style against all comers, as they had been doing in Brazil for half a century. Matches generally weren’t the brutal blood-sport people might expect. More often than not, they were simply ugly fights between frequently unskilled competitors.
