Cameras will start to roll on the set of feature film, 'Pilgrim Hill', on Monday, August 2nd. The debut feature film from writer/director Gerard Barrett the film tells the tale of a young farmer living at home with his mother in modern day Ireland. 'Pilgrim Hill' will shoot in and around Kerry, Limerick and Cork for ten days as the story sees the young farmer enjoy a brief encounter with a foreign girl which leads to fantastic changes in his life. Thus far Gerard Kearney (The Wind that Shakes the Barley) and newcomer Shaun McDonnell are attached to the project with casting for the film about to be completed.
