Steven Tagle is a writer and filmmaker living in Los Angeles, California. His
poetry and fiction have been published in Leland Quarterly, Rainy Day,
and Word Choice. His films have screened at the Los Angeles
International Shorts Festival, NewFilmmakers NY, and the Park City Film
Music Festival. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University
with Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Psychology, and Honors in
Feminist Studies. As an undergraduate at Stanford, he received the
Deans' Award for Academic Accomplishment and the J.E. Wallace Sterling
Award for Scholastic Achievement, as well as six arts-related grants.
In his free time, Steven produces short-form video documentaries for
Current TV and is finishing his first novel.
