Ken Spurgeon is a writer, director and educator.
He is best known for Home on the Range and the Road to Valhalla, both recipients of the Wrangler Award for Best Documentary from the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
In addition to serving as a teacher for over 20 years, he has consulted on historical films and projects throughout the Midwest, specifically about the 19th Century, the Civil War and the West.
