Luke was born inside a video rental store. Okay, not exactly, but that would've made for a killer opening. Growing up among the VHS tapes of his parents' small town store, Village Video, Luke developed an obsession with movies before he could handle a camera. That passion deepened at the University of Colorado, where he studied film and began shaping his voice as a storyteller. For the past sixteen years, Luke has made Los Angeles his creative home, specializing in dramas about ordinary people, confronting extraordinary challenges. His notable achievements include securing the rights from Stephen King to adapt and direct one of his short stories into a film. He produced an impactful documentary about lung cancer, earning a feature segment on Good Morning America. Luke collaborated with Mark Burnett's team to create a moving music video for the feature film, Son of God, and he also has directed a powerful awareness campaign for National No Smoke Day. Currently, he's developing a feature film inspired by the real-life struggle of a man living with a rare form of amnesia and the remarkable woman who supported him through thick and thin.
