Alkhalifi is known for his work on 10 Days Before the Wedding (2018), a film that marked a milestone for Yemeni cinema, and The Burdened (2023), which premiered internationally and won many important awards. His work focuses on bringing local stories to the global stage, blending cultural depth with contemporary issues.
