M'Jay Milligan is an actor, filmmaker, and writer. After serving in the U. S Army he attended the New York Film Academy in New York City then finishing his BFA in California. After producing stage plays and short films at NYFA, M'Jay is currently working in Los Angeles as an Actor and Filmmaker.
