[on communicating with the farming community in Iowa while filming 'At Any Price'] Two things struck me. The first was meeting a seller of genetically modified seeds. The second was the number of times I heard two expressions: 'expand or die' and 'get big or get out'.. We've raised this flagpole called success and if you don't salute that flag you are considered a failure. It made me think of Willy Loman and 'Death of a Salesman'.
