Marielle Clare is a British actor and writer based between London, New York and Amsterdam.
Born in England, Marielle was raised between the UK and the Middle East, before moving to the west coast of Australia in her teens. She went on to train at several top drama schools including Bristol Old Vic and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, before making her Off-Broadway debut in New York. After stage success in New York, Marielle returned to the UK where she appeared in several British television series and made her feature film debut with a leading role in the psychological thriller, The Reflected Self.
Marielle is also a screenwriter and playwright. Her debut play, Line of Control, was developed with London's Soho Theatre where it was shortlisted for the Tony Craze Award. In 2024, she completed her television debut with the fast-paced investigative journalism drama, STRINGER.
