Richard Keith Rumble III, known professionally and casually as Trip Rumble, is a sketch comedian, actor, and writer from the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. In 2017, after years of dabbling with stand-up and video skits for his friends, Trip decided to turn his passing interest into a passion, enrolling in every comedy and performance class he could find in the Hampton Roads area. Together with his first writing partner David Johns, Trip wrote, directed, and starred in his debut film WYA (2018), garnering him enough local recognition to lead to offers for several more films and video projects. His achievements include appearing on national television in A Haunting (2005) in 2019, reaching over two million views on YouTube in "The Batman for $20" for Cracked.com in 2022, and winning his local 48 Hour Film Project competition in 2023. Residing in Norfolk, Virginia, Trip continues to write, act, and occasionally direct, and he and David produce their own works as Nothing But Burns Films.
When not filmmaking, Trip enjoys his career working in mechanical engineering and his passion performing in live improv and--especially--sketch comedy shows.
