Lauren Campbell is an award-winning Australian actress whose acting career began at 13 when she played the role of Zahra in 'Below' (Good Thing Production Company). The Australian Feature film was directed by Maziar Lahooti and starred Ryan Corr, Morgana O'Reilley, Anthony LaPaglia and Phoenix Raei. Since then, Lauren joined the cast of ITCH (Kommix Entertainment) for the second season playing the support role of Bella. Lauren has also performed in the web series 'Molly and Cara' (SBS) and the mini-series 'What We See' (Breakthrough Production Company). This was Lauren's first professional job in a US accent. Most recently, Lauren has played the lead roles of Anna and Dove in the short films '(Not So) Great Expectations' and 'When Doves Fly'. She won 'Most Outstanding Achievement in Performance (Under 18s)' at the 2022 WA Screen Culture Awards for her performance of Anna. Lauren has been praised for being able to work professionally and effectively apply direction to her performance.
Lauren was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia. Since 2018 she has studied Stage and Screen and Voice and Accent at Ali Roberts Studio. Additionally, Lauren has completed workshops at NIDA, Brave Studios and Malthouse Theatre. Lauren acts for stage, screen and also voiceover.
