Toper Taylor serves as Chief Executive Officer of Media Disrupted, a strategic
advisory firm to entertainment, media, and consumer products companies.
Among the most respected executives in children's and family entertainment,
Taylor produced over 15,000 episodes of television, won multiple Emmy awards,
and scaled three global entertainment companies: Nelvana Ltd. (now Corus
Entertainment), Cookie Jar Entertainment (now WildBrain), and Network of One
(now Spotter). In addition to his creative leadership, Taylor is an expert in film
and television financing, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and turnarounds.
Taylor lives at the intersection of technology and entertainment. As a principal of UpResTech, Taylor makes content using state-of-the-art technologies including artificial intelligence, large language models, and more. Among his many business accomplishments, Taylor orchestrated the combination of Bardel Entertainment with Rainbow Italy, the recapitalization of Callaway Arts & Entertainment, and accelerated the growth of Cepia Toys. Taylor started his career as a television packaging agent for the William Morris Agency (now WME).

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he is chairman of the Board of Councilors of the Roski School of Fine Arts and one of the founders of the Television Board of Directors for the USC School of Cinematic Arts. He has a BA from the Annenberg School of Communications, an MHA from the Price School of Public Policy, and is earning his doctorate in Public, Planning and Development.
