Megan Helin is an Indigneous filmmaker, actress, and activist. Tsimshian of Lax Kw'alaams, home is Vancouver BC in the Coast Salish Territory. An academic student of the Indigenous Independent Digital Filmmakers Program at Capilano University, she strives to make films to create social change surrounding Mental Health and Indigenous issues. Landed her first role in Micheal Bafaro's myPhone, following his next feature, Flu.
