The real estate agent recounted an incident where she became so drunk at one of Sean Diddy Combs’ glamorous parties that she ended up relieving herself outdoors.

“It’s really not often that you get to see everyone in the same place,” Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group said Wednesday. “It’s pretty much just The Hollywood Reporter Power Broker Awards that I get to see everyone in one room. That’s really cool. That makes this special.”
Oppenheim was joined by colleague and Selling Sunset co-star Mary Bonnet to present THR‘s fourth annual Power Broker Awards. Neither was apprehensive. Instead, they were thrilled to be able to present awards of merit to friends and associates. “I would say I’m way more nervous at some other award shows,” Oppenheim said. “But I feel comfortable in front of these people. We do deals with them. I see them every day.”
Eclectic brokers, dressed in everything from evening gowns to well-worn jeans, mingled outdoors at the serene and elegant Swan Lake and the Hotel Bel- Air, where the awards ceremony was held.

Selling Sunset fans can kiss a Season 8 reunion goodbye, according to a new report that the annual special won’t happen because of cast feuding.
Since Season 5, the realtors at the center of Netflix’s Los Angeles-set reality series have gathered for a filmed post-mortem conversation with Queer Eye‘s Tan France; that special usually drops on the streaming service within two weeks of the season premiere. But our sister site Variety reports that the reunion isn’t happening for Season 8 because of several ongoing fights among The Oppenheim Group’s staff.

Spoiler Alert: Though this article is a news story, it also contains spoilers for Season 8 of “Selling Sunset.”
The drama among the “Selling Sunset” cast continues to spill out onto social media and in the press, but sadly for viewers, Netflix will not be filming a reunion for Season 8 of the show. Reunions for “Selling Sunset” aren’t ritualized in the way that reunions for Bravo shows are, but after the Netflix series produced its first one in 2022 for Season 5, the cast sitting down with “Queer Eye” star Tan France for a special that drops within two weeks of the season is something that audiences have grown to expect. And after a messy eighth season of the popular real estate show, the castmates of “Selling Sunset” have a lot to discuss in front of their fans — but won’t be doing so. (Netflix’s representatives had no comment.)
The melodrama is manifold.

Selling Sunset Season 8 premiered on Netflix with high drama and even higher stakes.
Still, one of the newest casting additions ruffled many feathers despite only appearing in a handful of scenes.
Amanda Lynn first appeared midseason when she contacted Bre Tiesi to tell her she had some information about one of her castmates that she should probably hear in person.
When the pair met up, Bre was blindsided by Amanda’s claim that her friend, who works in the W hotel, witnessed Jeff Lazkani getting up close and personal with a mystery woman on more than one occasion.
Of course, Bre worked with Chelsea Lazkani and wasted no time taking the news to her while the cameras were up.
Initially, the pair bonded over the moment.

If you’ve ever been curious about the dining establishments visited by the agents of Netflix’s hit docusoap Selling Sunset, you’re in for a treat. The Hollywood Reporter has painstakingly made a list of all the show’s restaurants, starting back with season one, all the way up to the newest, season seven, dropped on Nov. 3. (A few places that are missing are the restaurants that didn’t make it through the pandemic and a few mystery locales that don’t give enough clues.)

Sitting on a couch post-workout session in his office on the Sunset Strip, L.A. real estate broker Jason Oppenheim tells The Hollywood Reporter exclusively that his popular Netflix reality show Selling Sunset has been renewed for an eighth season and that production will begin soon on the latest installments of the series.
“For me, each season gets more and more fun,” says Oppenheim, who had originally hoped that the show — a bingeable mix of real estate, oft-combative personal dynamics, over-the-top fashion and L.A. nightlife — would run for at least three seasons. “When we were doing season one, we were like, ‘If we can get to season three, we had a real show. Anything above that would be icing.’ We’ve been running on icing for years now.”

Office romances can almost always get complicated, but dating your boss? Frankly, it's probably never a good idea. As Chrishell Stause learns in seasons five, six, and seven of Netflix's "Selling Sunset," some work relationships can get even more complicated after a breakup. "I do need space to help myself detach," Stause told coworker Emma Hernan in season five, following her split from Oppenheim Group brokerage owner Jason Oppenheim. "I don't know if we can keep working together anymore."
The 2022 season ended with Stause's future at the Oppenheim Group - and on the show - hanging in the balance. But as we see in season six, which premiered on May 19, 2023, she returns to the office, and in a much happier state. That's all thanks to her partner, musician G Flip. Stause and G Flip actually tied the knot on May 10, a moment that takes place during season seven of the drama,...

"Selling Sunset" season seven is almost here and, of course, the drama is never-ending. Netflix dropped the season's trailer on Oct. 12, teasing more shade from the Oppenheim Group agents and an intense sit-down between Jason's ex, Chrishell Stause, and his then-girlfriend, Marie-Lou Nürk, though they've since broken up. That, plus a playful rivalry between the "Selling Sunset" cast and their other Oppenheim branches, like "Selling the Oc," are what viewers can look forward to this season. But that's not all.
On Nov. 2, Netflix revealed that "Selling Sunset" will cap off its seventh season with a bonus reunion special on Nov. 15, hosted by "Queer Eye"'s Tan France. The last time the show aired a reunion was in 2022 for season five, which was an explosive episode that addressed the aftermath of Stause and Jason's breakup and revealed the former's romance with her partner, G-Flip. Considering all the drama that occurs in season seven,...

"Selling Sunset" star Jason Oppenheim hasn't been afraid to make his love life public. Oppenheim - the president and co-founder of the Oppenheim Group - has been public about a lot of his relationships on the show. Most recently, he was linked to Marie-Lou Nürk but the pair split this May.
At the time, Oppenheim shared the news on his Instagram Story, writing of their long-distance relationship, "While we still love and care for each other very much, the distance between us has proven too great to overcome. We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another." He continued, "We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship." Nürk shared the same message on her Instagram.

The trailer for season 7 of Selling Sunset is here, and it doesn’t disappoint in terms of the drama headed our way!
The trailer is shockingly light on the Nicole Young and Chrishell Stause drama, but does feature a conversation between Chrishell and Jason Oppenheim‘s then-girlfriend (now ex) Marie-Lou Nurk. If you don’t know, Marie-Lou indicated she might not have really liked Chrishell all-too-much at one point. Chrishell and Jason used to date, but she’s now happily married to G Flip.
Keep reading to find out more…
Others featured in the trailer are Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, Chelsea Lazkani, Emma Hernan, and Mary Fitzgerald, as well as Jason and Brett Oppenheim.
Fans were unclear if Heather Rae El Moussa would be featured this season, but a new still (in the gallery below) confirms she’s at least featured, despite being left off of the season’s new poster.

Mary Fitzgerald recently opened up about what pushed her to her breaking point on Selling Sunset. Fitzgerald was traveling to Palm Springs and broke down on camera.
She said that although viewers may have known she was juggling more than usual, there were other factors that weren’t shown on the show.
“Yeah, there was a lot that was going on then that they didn’t really hit on. I was sick of all of that stuff, but I also had to stop halfway through,” she said on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast.
“I was doing the embryo freezing again because the first round didn’t work and so I was all hopped up on hormones and I had to stop midway to go on this trip because it’s the only time we could go.”

Selling Sunset newcomer Bre Tiesi‘s relationship with Nick Cannon is a major plot point in the newest season of the show. It is central to the friction between Tiesi and her fellow castmate Chelsea Lazkani, who labels Cannon as a “master manipulator.” But Tiesi has now said that the Netflix reality series’ depiction of their relationship difficulties is not accurate.
Tiesi, who shares her son Legendary Love with Cannon, told People that she is “not excited about or thrilled” that the false portrayal is occurring. She further elaborated that it’s all part of the job she signed up for, mentioning that people need to “take it with a grain of salt” and know that there’s a difference between her real life and the show.

With Selling Sunset returning for its sixth season on May 19, series star Emma Hernan of the Oppenheim Group says that the new episodes of the Netflix real-estate reality show won’t be lacking in drama.
“Don’t worry, we have a new villain,” Hernan tells The Hollywood Reporter with a laugh, when asked whether things will be more placid on the show after the departure of cast member and fashion influencer Christine Quinn, who was at the center of numerous clashes on Selling Sunset.
“We have a new villain and I will let you and the audience decide who you think it is,” continues Hernan, who first joined the cast of Selling Sunset in season four. “Everyone has their own opinions, I have mine and I don’t like the villain. But everyone will make their own opinions. But I can assure you we have a new villain in the mix.

The Selling Sunset agent and designer anticipated that the series will be streaming on Netflix “soon” and both seasons should be released in 2023.
“We’ve actually filmed two seasons at a time, so we had a little break over the holidays and we’re back at it now,” she told Showbiz Cheat Sheet. “We haven’t been given a launch date for season 6 to air. I know it’s soon. But this year seasons 6 and 7 will both be available. But we’re still currently filming.
