Mateusz Morawiecki
Mateusz Morawiecki is a Polish politician, economist, and former banker. Morawiecki graduated from the University of Wroclaw with a degree in history in 1992. He furthered his education with postgraduate studies in business administration and European law. Before entering politics, he had a successful career in banking, serving as chairman of Bank Zachodni WBK. In 2015, he became Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Development, later adding the role of Minister of Finance. From 2017 to 2023, he served as Prime Minister of Poland, leading the government during significant economic and social reforms.
