Reed N. Donat was born on August 9, 2000 in Anchorage, Alaska, USA as Reed Niklaus Phillips-Donat. He is a voice actor known for his work on indie projects found across the internet.
Reed grew up loving cartoons and animations. Always interested in how they were made, the behind the scenes of it all. Even so, he never considered voice-over a career path until much later in his life. Throughout his years in school he never knew what he wanted to do. Nothing that came to mind ever seemed to stick around for very long. It wasn't until junior year of high school that he really started taking an interest in voice-acting.
When such inspiration struck, he wanted to start taking acting classes, lucky for him he happened to be living in the exact right area for it. During the summer of 2018 he started taking voice-over classes at Kalmenson & Kalmenson voice-over school. With the help of the wonderful teachers at this school, he started learning everything he needed to know. Learning new skills. Whilst he was taking these classes he was auditioning for freelance work on various websites. With each new project he did, he gained that little bit of extra experience.
Voice-over isn't the only thing Reed does, obviously. When not doing jobs or finding jobs to do, he spends his free time hanging out with friends and playing video-games. Sometimes watching the occasional movie. Since he started down the road of voice-over he's loved every minute of it, and will hopefully continue to for the rest of his life.
