Ishaan Chandhok

Ishaan is an international Film and TV producer based in India, with nearly a decade of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Graduating from the School of Film at Lasalle College of the Arts, Singapore, under the guidance of Academy Award winner David Puttnam in 2014, he began his impactful journey in the industry. He was apart of the incubation team at Applause Entertainment in 2017 and played an important role in the development and production of their early IP. He produced six series for Amazon Prime and Disney Hotstar, including the BAFTA-winning BBC series 'Criminal Justice' for Indian audiences along with multiple award winning original content. His collaborations span across a network of filmmakers, producers, and writers, across film industries in India, UK and the USA.

Driven by a passion for bringing South Asian stories to a global audience, Ishaan founded Criss Cross, a content startup dedicated to producing a diverse array of stories from South Asia that resonates worldwide. The company has just wrapped up production on an international feature film from Laos and is in development for a number of unique stories from the heartland of India in collaboration with leading talent and teams from across the globe.
