Stephan was born in Central Africa, Cameroon. At 6 years old, his family escaped political persecution and relocated to the Washington DC metro area. A native French speaker, he played the role of "Sly" in the 2021 NAACP award nominated film "TNC" and a leading role in the film "Party To a Crime" which won the Silver at the Los Angeles Independent Shorts Awards.
After working as a stand-in for Sterling K Brown, Stephan was inspired to further develop his acting instrument.
He featured in sketches alongside star comedian Kountry Wayne amassing over 5M views on social media.
In 2022, he landed commercial spots with ZARA and global ad company Wieden + Kennedy. He performed the 'Land, Lessons, and Legacy' monologue for 100+ corporate America executives, presented by Out of Hand Theatre.
