Ashley Esty is a George Mason University student obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Film and Video Studies. As a screenwriter and actress, her work ranges from drama to horror. Two of her screenplays, Rainbow Party and No Place Like Home, were adapted into short films. She has been on television three times for the show Famous Characters in History, portraying Sacagawea, Merle Oberon, and Zitkala-Sa. The show aired on a local station for Northern Virginia cable television. Ashley was also in the short film Reunion, playing Mimi. Ashley continues to focus on writing her screenplays.
