Mitchel Musso is speaking after the charges against him were dropped.

Back in August, the 32-year-old Hannah Montana alum was arrested on charges of theft, public intoxication, and a few other charges in Rockwall, Texas.

At the time, Mitchel claimed that he was “absolutely not drunk or drinking, and there was 100% no theft.”

On Wednesday (November 15), People confirmed that the charges against Mitchel had been dismissed.

On Saturday, Mitchel Musso, who played Oliver Oken on the Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana, was arrested in Rockwall, Texas, on charges of public intoxication and theft.

Police responded to a 7:15 p.m. call over a “disturbance at a hotel.” Earlier, Musso entered the hotel while intoxicated, took a bag of chips and began eating them. When he was asked to pay for the chips, “he became verbally abusive and left without rendering payment.”

The entire library of “Phineas and Ferb” is leaving Netflix at the end of April, but will now be available to anyone with a cable or satellite subscription starting May 2 on the DisneyNow app. Timed to the show’s tenth anniversary, DisneyXD will also air every episode of the series, which ran from 2008 to 2015, throughout May as well.

The Disney Xd showcase will include all 126 episodes of “Phineas and Ferb,” as well as seven one-hour specials and the Disney Channel original movie “Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension.” Episodes air weekdays starting May 1 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Et nightly, with a full “Phineas and Ferb” marathon on Memorial Day weekend.

Disney star Debby Ryan has been arrested for DUI.

The 22-year-old actress, best known for her roles in Jessie and The Suite Life on Deck, was apprehended by police after crashing her Audi into a Mercedes in Los Angeles at the end of last week (April 8).

TMZ reports Debby was given a field sobriety test before being arrested for felony driving under the influence (DUI).

The driver of the Mercedes claimed an injury, prompting the felony charge, which a police source explained to the outlet was standard procedure.

However, Debby's charge was dropped to a misdemeanour after only just failing a Breathalyzer test. The injury to the other motorist was said to be minor.

The star now has two criminal offences against her name; one for driving under the influence and the second for driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher.

Debby is currently home on $100,000 bail.

Are you a fan of Hannah Montana? Last week marked the 10th anniversary of the Disney sitcom, and Miley Cyrus shared some messages in honor of the occasion, TVLine reports.

Hannah Montana starred Cyrus as Miley Stewart, a regular teenager who moonlights as a famous pop star called Hannah Montana. The series also starred Billy Ray Cyrus, Jason Earles, Emily Osment, and Mitchel Musso. It ran from 2006 to 2011.

Exclusive: The Sand and Aaaaaaaah! among first FrightFest Presents acquisitions.

UK distributor Icon Film Distribution and UK horror festival FrightFest have set the first films to be released under their FrightFest Presents banner.

An initial seven genre films have been selected by the distributor and festival for the new online label, with others to be added soon.

The films will premiere at FrightFest, which gets underway in London on Thursday (Aug 27), before unspooling online between October and February 2016.

Digital partners will include iTunes, Virgin Movies, Sky, Google Amazon, Xbox , Blinkbox, Google, Wuaki, TalkTalk and Volta.

First titles

Among the first batch of titles is Sightseers actor-writer Steve Oram’s surreal ‘monkey comedy’ Aaaaaaaah!, which Icon will release online this October.

After an all-night graduation beach party, a group of hung-over students wake up under blazing sun to find their numbers somewhat depleted. An enormous alien creature has burrowed down deep and anyone foolish enough to make contact with the sand finds themselves at the mercy of a sea of flesh-eating tentacles.

Ok so maybe that’s not fair. After all Jeffrey Bloom’s 1980 fear-flick, despite having a similar premise – something eating people on the beach, dragging them under the sand – is world’s apart from the gory body-horror of Isaac Gabaeff’s film. Whereas that film often played for oddball humour both intentionally and unintentionally, The Sand plays things very straight.

A new creature feature is coming your way. The film is titled The Sand, from director Isaac Gabaeff. And, this title has been developed by Allegra Pictures and Scatena & Rosner Films. In the picture, several friends fall to long tentacles and a hungry maw; no one leaves this beach alive! Another Disney Star ... another substance abuse arrest .... "Lab Rats" star Billy Unger has been arrested for DUI.The 18-year-old was driving on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Saturday just after midnight when Sheriff's deputies pulled him over for speeding. Deputies suspected Unger was under the influence.  He blew a .08 -- barely the legal limit, but there's a special California law for drivers under the age of 21.  If they have Any alcohol in their system it's considered driving under the influence.

The 20-year-old actor, who played Oliver Oken on Miley Cyrus' hit Disney show, was preparing to head to trial over an arrest in Burbank, California for reportedly failing a breathalyser test in October.

He faced up to six months behind bars and a $1,000 (£625) fine after recently pleading not guilty to two counts of driving while drunk, but Musso has now reached a plea deal with prosecutors to put an end to the case.

On Friday, the star appeared in a California court and pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit of 0.08. In return, he will be sentenced to 36 months of informal probation and be ordered to pay a fine and complete an alcohol awareness course.

In a statement released to TMZ.com, Musso says: "I appreciate the court allowing me to resolve my case in the manner it did today. In becoming an adult, I have learned first hand that stepping up and taking responsibility is the best way to move forward.

Actress Gia Mantegna has dismissed reports she's engaged to Mitchel Musso after the former Hannah Montana star told fans he'd bought his girlfriend a diamond ring.

Musso, 20, took to his page on Twitter.com last week (ends15Jan12) to upload a picture of a sparkler, and told his followers, "Just got my girl the fattest diamond emerald cut fully covered wanna see it?? She loves it. Whatcha think?"

The post prompted gossips to speculate that Musso and Mantegna were set to wed, but the actress has taken to her own account on the site to brush off the rumours.
