Tomoyuki Shimura was born on December 12, 1963 in Hitachi, Ibaraki, Japan. He is an actor, known for Fullmetal Alchemist (2003), Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009) and Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa (2005).
