Faith Penhale began her career in drama production in the 1990s and has worked on a broad range of shows, from EastEnders and Spooks, to Andrew Davies' adaptation of War & Peace. Faith worked at Kudos for ten years before running BBC Wales Drama from 2011-2016, where her work included Sherlock and Doctor Who. In 2016 she joined Lookout Point where she has overseen Mike Bartlett's Press, Sally Wainwright's Gentleman Jack, and Andrew Davies' adaptations of Les Misérables and A Suitable Boy.
