Prior to his introduction to the Entertainment Industry, his skills and knowledge base developed from Military Service to Corporate America Management. Today he adapts the tools learned from these experiences into all of his productions.
D.J.'s technical and management skills allowed him to play a key role in the development and maintenance of highly classified avionic and weapon control systems for the U.S. Navy's workhorse fighter, the F-14D Super Tomcat. His accomplishments have garnered numerous Awards, Medals and Letters of Commendation from various operations throughout the world, in-turn achieving distinguished levels of respect from his peers to the highest levels of the Military alike.

- Was a Corporate America Project Manager in Chicago before moving west and into the Entertainment Industry.
- Due to circumstances, had to un-willingly give up 'Shoba' (a white Siberian Husky) for adoption when he moved west to pursue his new career. "It was one of the hardest things I had to do".
