Grey's Anatomy Round Table: Should Addison Return Full Time?
James Pickens Jr., Ellen Pompeo, and Chandra Wilson in Grey's Anatomy (2005)
Everyone survived the two-part event.

There were no casualties, and Addison was more determined than ever to get back on the road and continue her work by the end of Grey's Anatomy Season 19 Episode 12.

Join former TV Fanatic writer Meaghan Frey, diehard Grey's Fanatic, Caterina Scorsone/Amelia Shepherd fan, and aspiring actor still determined to get his guest starring credit on the series, Joshua Johnson, and TV Fanatic Senior Staff Writer Jasmine Blu as they discuss the hour.

Were you satisfied with the conclusion to the two-part event?

Meaghan: It was a bit anticlimactic in that the stories were not as dramatic as they were hyped up to be in the promos. However, I'm not complaining about that one bit.

We already saw one woman lose her life this season to drive home the potential consequences of the overturning of Roe v. Wade; we don't need to continue to...

Grey's Anatomy Round Table: Was the Midseason Finale and Shocking "Loss" Underwhelming?
Ellen Pompeo
We're still reeling from even bigger news with Ellen Pompeo saying goodbye to the series and her character.

However, while Grey's Anatomy Season 19 Episode 6 is small potatoes in comparasion, Meaghan Frey, Joshua Johnson, and Jasmine Blu discuss the end of an era with that fall finale.

Join us below!

What would you rate this as a midseason finale? Did it leave you eager for the show's return?

Meaghan: B-. Coming off such an iconic Grey's Anatomy episode in the previous week, it was hard not to feel like this episode was a letdown.

Grey's Anatomy is famous for doing epic midseason finales that leave us on the edge of our seats waiting for the show's return, but unfortunately, this episode lacked that tension.

The episode in itself may not have left me eager for Grey's to return, but the general direction of the first half of the season has been...

Grey's Anatomy Round Table: Is Meredith's Move to Boston the Right Call?
James Pickens Jr., Ellen Pompeo, and Chandra Wilson in Grey's Anatomy (2005)
It was a powerful hour.

It was a memorable installment when Grey's Anatomy Season 19 Episode 5 saw the return of Jesse Williams, including behind the camera, and Addison and Bailey on a tragic case.

Join Joshua Johnson, Meaghan Frey, and Jasmine Blu as they discuss everything.

Meredith is moving to Boston. React!

Joshua: It makes total sense. Boston is a place that already has so much lore for Meredith. Her heading there now seems like a mirror to when Ellis took Meredith to Boston.

Allowing Meredith to be the badass doctor she is while being the mother her mother never was, and all in a city tied up with memories of her own mother, seems like a cathartic and synchronous way to tell this part of Meredith's story.

What got me most about this plot was what took place between Zola and Meredith at the end of the episode, which I'll discuss in the last question.

Grey's Anatomy Round Table: Zola's Discovery, New Ships, & Addison's Return!
Addison was back!

Addison's return was one of many highlights of Grey's Anatomy Season 19 Episode 3, as we also learned more about Zola's genius, the interns talked about sex, and much more.

Join Meaghan Frey, Joshua Johnson, and Jasmine Blu as they discuss it all.

How much did you enjoy Addison's return? Do you like how passionate she is about this attack against women's health and her field?

Meaghan: I always love seeing Kate Walsh back in the halls of Grey Sloan, and this was no exception. Addison was the perfect person to broach the subject of women's rights.

We know that she has had an abortion in the past and has always taken a strong stance in favor of a woman's right to choose. The fact that we know Addison's history and stance on the issue allows the storyline to feel more organic and less preachy than other issues...

Grey's Anatomy Round Table: Zola's Panic Attack, Lucas' Secret & Towen Stealing Momentum
James Pickens Jr., Ellen Pompeo, and Chandra Wilson in Grey's Anatomy (2005)
The new season continues to be a hit.

So far, based on Grey's Anatomy Season 19 Episode 2, there's no sign of the new season slowing down, with interesting cases, the interns shining in their element, and strong person arcs for Mer.

Join Meaghan Frey, Joshua Johnson, and Jasmine Blu to discuss the hour.

Meredith and Nick finally made up. React!

Meaghan: I wish Nick had made Meredith sweat it out a little longer, but I am glad they could work things out.

It was very refreshing to see Mer so self-aware and have her recognize what caused her to allow Nick to walk away in the first place. She has been through so much in her life; it's only natural to try to protect her heart as much as possible now. I can't lie; I swooned a little bit when she told him she could feel again when she saw him in the hallway.
