Disney ha desvelado el primer teaser tráiler y un nuevo póster de la próxima película de acción real de Lilo y Stitch.

Lilo y Stitch es un remake de acción real de la película de 2002 en la que – como todos sabemos – una niña hawaiana adopta a un supuesto perro, sin saber que es un peligroso experimento científico que se ha refugiado en la Tierra y que ahora se esconde de su creador y de quienes lo ven como una amenaza.

La película, dirigida por Dean Fleischer Camp, está protagonizada por la debutante Maia Kealoha como Lilo y Chris Sanders (Lilo & Stitch) como la voz de Stitch. Stitch is back, causing chaos in the Disney universe, and this time, it’s all live-action

Disney has shared a new teaser for the live-action adaptation of Lilo & Stitch, and the little blue alien is back causing destruction.

In the 30-second preview, viewers are green with a shot of a Disney-like sand castle with the backdrop of a beautiful blue ocean. However, the beautiful shot is destroyed when Stitch comes stomping and smashing the castle away.

Newcomer Maia Kealoha plays Lilo in the live-action version of the Hawaii-set 2002 animated pic. The new take was originally developed for Disney+ before shifting to a theatrical release. The cast also includes Zach Galifianakis, Billy Magnussen, Sydney Agudong, Kaipo Dudoit, Tia Carrere, Courtney B. Vance, Amy Hill, Jason Scott Lee, and Hannah Waddingham.

Disney has dropped teaser trailer for the upcoming “Lilo and Stitch” film. The film is set to release Memorial Day weekend next year.

Many were worried about how Stitch would translate into a live-action film, but he looks good. I’m more concerned about Jumba and Pleakley or how Stitch fits in with the live-action actors. We haven’t seen too much of that yet.

For a story encompassing a lonely Hawaiian girl’s close encounter and adventures with the galaxy’s most wanted extraterrestrial whom she names ‘Stitch’, Lilo & Stitch has seen a lot of spinoffs and adaptations. And now, it will soon be making its live-action debut as well through the adaptation currently in the works at Disney which doesn’t have a fixed release date yet.

This comes after the teaser for this upcoming project was recently released for fans, giving a sneak peek into what fans can expect to see in this live-action adaptation. But fans seem to be having mixed reviews on it all, with some supporting the way things are looking for their favorite animated story while others counterargue with reasons why things could have been a lot better.

The Teaser for Lilo & Stitch Live-Action is Finally Out!

The live-action remake of Lilo and Stitch is coming straight to Disney+ this summer, bringing a new and fresh take on the beloved characters that shaped everyone’s childhood. The film is based on the 2002 animated movie of the same title and follows the titular young girl whose life changed after meeting a dog-like alien.

Dean Fleischer Camp will helm the remake from the script of Chris Kekaniokalani Bright. Maia Kealoha will star as Lilo while Lilo and Stitch creator Chris Sanders will lend his voice to Stitch. Disney is currently shooting its latest live-action adaptation, Lilo & Stitch, down in Ohau, Hawaii. While the cast includes names like Zach Galifianakis, newcomer Maia Kealoha, and Courtney B. Vance, a number of the animated original’s voice actors are also on the island filming smaller roles. That’s now confirmed to include Jason Scott Lee, who played David Kawena in 2002’s Lilo & Stitch.
