Stage name: Chan Ming Zhi Liao Original name: Feng Chen Director, writer, who has published three novels. His short Film has been selected in Competition Sector of the 24th Festival Premiers Plan d'Angers, 40th Festival of Nations Competition Sector, 15th Global Chinese Film Competition of South Taiwan Film Festival, and the 12th Beijing Independent Film Festival, etc. 2019, his first feature "Road to Film" has been screened at 13th First international film festival, and the 19th South Taiwan Film Festival. During the pandemic of 2020, he posted the link to Road to Film on the social media for free. The sudden exposure gained him domestic and foreign major media attention, and triggered hot discussion. In 2022, his second feature "The Journey of Mastorna" premiered at the 44th Moscow International Film Festival Main Competition.
