Brennan Cleveland also known as The Slayer is an American Actor, Professional Mixed Martial Artist, Marine Combat Veteran, Songwriter and YouTube Reactor. He is known for Movies Eyes Wide Open 2018, and Bokdeokbang "House Hunting" 2017.
Early Life: Brennan was born in Greenville, South Carolina in a single parent home. He is of Nigerian ancestry. In early middle school days he was involved in Drama club where the teacher noticed potential within him. During his spare time, he was fascinated with Bruce Lee movies and watched them all the time. He graduated from Greenville Senior High School, Class of 2009 and Later Graduated from American Military University, class of 2017.
Military Career: Brennan joined the Marines at 18 years old and graduated from Marine Corps Recruiting Depot Paris, Island, South Carolina. He was stationed in 3rd Battalion, 9th Marines where he fought in two campaigns in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In April 3rd, 2011 Brennan was involved in a Recon mission where his squad was attacked by an "IED" Improvised Explosive Device. He was rushed to the hospital where he was treated. A week later he returned to his unit to finish his deployment. Upon returning to the United States he was awarded The Military Order of the Purple Heart.
Songwriting: Brennan wrote two songs called Tonight in 2012 and Unrequited Love in 2018. Tonight was inspired by the talks of Marines who would meet girls and want to feel loved. Unrequited Love was inspired by a girl he dated that didn't love him back as she should.
Acting Career: Brennan started out doing small plays for his church at the tender age of 7 years old. He was discovered in Korea by Director Choi Byung-Kwon for the role of David in House Hunting. The director stated that when Brennan auditioned, he brought a certain passion that he has never seen before. He gave him the role, allowing Brennan to make his professional acting debut. Shortly after he was contacted by a friend to accept a role as a CIA Agent for Eyes Wide Open. With experience in Martial Arts, he assisted in the fight scene for his role in the film.
YouTube Personality: Brennan first appeared on the Boda Channel. A South Korean Reaction channel. He reacts to military content and occasionally reacts to food and deep topics. With his honest, gentle, funny and humble persona he became a fan favorite in South Korea. Martial Arts Career: Brennan started fighting in underground fighting holding a record of 2 wins, and one loss. He later started Kickboxing tournaments and finished his amateur career of 20 wins and 6 losses. In Professional MMA he holds a record of 1 win and 1 loss with his one win coming by a rare twister submission. Making him the 5th Professional MMA Fighter in MMA History to complete such a move. In Brazilian Jiujitsu he is KBJJF Lightweight Champion in Korea and Jiboia Submission Champion in Vietnam with an undefeated record of 8 wins.
Personal Life: Brennan is a practicing Catholic and tries to make it to service despite his busy schedule. He loves cooking, traveling and watching horror movies. His favorite foods are Popcorn, bottle cap candy, Sriracha, and Seafood.
