Jessica Tam has been scoring film & TV across Asia under renowned, Golden Horse Award-winning composer Ricky Ho, contributing music to shows from a #1 Primetime TV hit in China to cinematic features, honing her skills in the style of using western orchestra for modern Chinese cinema.
She also works independently on other projects, such as the scoring of animated film short "Kua Bo", which won Best Animation in the National Youth Film Awards, Singapore, and "Tangle Lah!" which won Best International Animation in Lugano Animation, Switzerland.
For concert, she was commissioned by Singapore Symphony Orchestra to orchestrate a medley of songs to celebrate the country's 2021 National Day. And while studying, won 1st Place in Berklee College of Music's Video Game Scoring Competition, judged by an esteemed panel which included BAFTA award-winner Jason Graves, with the piece recorded and performed in concert.
