Dmitriy Usov is a Cypriot-Russian filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Growing up in an international environment, Dmitriy gained a diverse perspective on storytelling's power. His narrative work delves into themes of desire, relationships, and deception through magical realism, science fiction, and dark fantasy. Dmitriy aims to tell relatable stories that unite communities and bridge cultural, linguistic, and historical gaps. His films remind viewers of the magic in everyday life and inspire hope. He holds a BA in Film & TV Production and Screenwriting, with a minor in Classics and Archaeology from Loyola Marymount University.
