Diego Ramos(XIX)

Beto (also known as Diego Ramos) is a Mexican director, screenwriter, playwright, and musician. He was born on July 8th, 1998. His love and passion for film began at a very young age when he saw Jurassic Park for the first time; the special effects blew him away, and he just knew he had to be part of that world. He began writing short stories as a child and continues to write stories to this very day. On his free time he likes to shoot no budget shorts, write screenplays and plays, compose music, play video games, and watch movies either to study or for personal pleasure. He first discovered his love for heavy metal music in high school after listening to bands such as Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Slayer, and System of a Down. This inspired him to learn how to play both the guitar and bass so he could compose his own pieces. Music has been a part of his life since childhood, it all started when his late grandfather handed down his violin to him; which he learned to play by taking classes in both elementary and middle school. He still plays violin to this day, and his love of music led him to eventually discover musical theater, which he grew a passion for and it inspired him to act and start writing his own musical plays.
