Tumen was born in 1960 in Hailar District, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia. He was an actor and director, known for Hulunbuir City (2019), Lao shòu (2017) and Genghis Khan (1998). He died on 12 December 2021 in Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia, China.
