Sumayyah Ameerah, whose name means heavenly exalted princess in Arabic, is an American actress born in Dallas, Texas.
She began her career in award winning documentary-hybrid "Corona Virus Monologues" where she depicted her experience during lock-down. She then went on to lead in a found footage thriller titled "Confined." That same year she starred as a sassy young woman named Eighty in sci-fi epic "Two Two", which became internationally acclaimed and won many awards during its festival season. "Hunt Club" produced by Latino Films starring Mena Suvari, Casper Van Dien and Mickey Rourke, was her next film where she received stellar reviews portraying the feisty character of Lacey.
When Sumayyah is in between filming movies, she studies acting technique at The Ivanna Chubbuck Studio and is branching her skill set into improvisation. Sumayyah enjoys learning Spanish, her second language, practicing archery and finding new ways to workout without going to the gym.
Sumayyah is sure to find herself acting alongside the greats, accepting numerous awards and thanking those that believed in and challenged her.
