PaChia Vang is a Hmong American actress based in Los Angeles. She is known for her roles in "Hmong Organization," "Modern Shaman," "The Flour That Made Us," and "The Christmas Listing." Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, PaChia has performed in many short films and projects in her native Minnesota Twin Cities film community. Some institutions she has trained with include Guthrie Theater, Theater Mu, The BGB Studio, The Groundlings Studio, and Margie Haber Studio.
At an early age, PaChia enjoyed watching films and would often reenact her favorite scenes. She attended a performing arts school when she was 7. Taking theater classes and participating annually in her school's summer musicals helped her develop a passion for acting.
She attended St. Catherine University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English, and double minored in Theater Performance and Communication Studies. It wasn't until two years after she had graduated that she decided to pursue acting professionally.
