He acted in Neil Simon's play, "The Sunshine Boys," in a Classic Contemporary American Plays production at the Ford Theatre in Los Angeles, California with Edward Asner, Harold Gould, Paul Kreppel, Marcia Wallace, Tracy Powell, Peter Breitmayer, and Scott Thomson in the cast. John Bowab was director.
Allen opened an acting studio called Lifebook in 2005 - see LifebookActing.com and owns and operates two small theaters: Lifebook Playhouse in LA, and The Two Roads Theater in Studio City.
