Adelaide Waldrop (she/her) is an Intimacy Coordinator & Director based in London, UK.
Her Lead Intimacy Coordinator credits include Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, Mickey 17, Blade Runner 2099, and Get Millie Black. She has worked on productions for Warner Brothers, Plan B, Paramount, Working Title, HBO, Netflix, Disney, Apple TV, BBC, Channel 4, and various independent projects.
She is a Level 2 Intimacy Coordinator on Bectu's IC Registry, which she helped establish while serving as Secretary of the IC Bectu Branch from its founding in 2020 til 2024. She is certified with Intimacy for Stage and Screen, where she trained with Yarit Dor and Lizzy Talbot (2019-2020). Prior to that she was a founding member of Ita O'Brien's company, Intimacy On Set until 2019. She assisted and supported the Intimacy Coordinators Mentoring Scheme for Underrepresented Groups led by Yarit Dor (2020-2021) and was a Visiting Tutor and Mentor for Moving Body Arts' Intimacy Coordinator Certification Programme (2023-2024).
Adelaide graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) in 2017 with an MA in Directing and has since returned as a Visiting Teaching Artist of Intimacy in Performance.
Originally from Washington, D.C., she has been living in London since 2016.
