Meghan McCullin is a Writer, Director, and Producer from Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also the founder and Executive Producer of MeghaTRON Productions.
Meghan got her start in video production early on in life, starting on YouTube with Stop Motion and Vlog content. Over time, her videos gained thousands of views, and she knew filmmaking was something she wanted to pursue professionally. While working on her Associate's Degree in Television Production at Arizona Western College, she gained the opportunity to write, direct, and produce feature spot programs for AWC's Television Show. She later became the Technical Director and Producer for Champion Church TV and edited LaCinda TV. Eventually, Meghan left live television to pursue her Bachelor's Degree in Film and Media Production at Arizona State University.
Her primary interest is in directing, and she makes short films to build her reel in her free time. Her biggest influences include directors such as Tim Burton, Steven Speilberg, and George Lucas. Her all-time favorite film genre is horror because of its highly stylized imagery and examination of culture and the human psyche. She's also influenced by popular genres such as fantasy, sci-fi, and westerns.
Meghan is still exploring the depths of her creativity, but much of her films consist of themes of self-discovery, breaking family cycles, and individuality versus social conforming.
With an ever-growing filmography and more to come, Meghan plans to make a name for her independent studio and continue creating films that inspire.
