Francesca Brice-Martin is a Film Director and Producer from West Africa. She was born and raised in the capital of Burkina Faso, Ouagadougou, and lives in Los Angeles, California. Francesca started as a kid actress and transitioned behind the scenes over time. She co-wrote two seasons of a Burkinabe TV series Waga Love that won The Grand Jury Prize Award at the prestigious FESPACO. Francesca spent the last decade working in and out of the entertainment industry, yet fully embraced filmmaking as a career only a few years back when she moved in Los Angeles to complete her MFA in Film & Video Production at the New York Film Academy. She directed and produced multiple award-winning short films. Francesca made her first short film "La Rupture" in 2015 and is best known for The Perfect Size, Rats in the House, Forgiveness, and I am an Addict. Francesca has dabbled in diverse genres, from deep drama to light comedy, and creates films that move lives, stimulate deep emotions, and spread positivity. Her work covers themes like love, hope, despair, misery, struggle, & redemption and shares important, untold stories with the world. Besides this, Francesca loves to watch movies in the cinema, write stories, and change the world for the better, one film at a time.
