Chelsea Cushing (Cooper) is the CEO of AF Talent Management, a professional dancer and choreographer, and an actress.
Most recently, Chelsea was Candy on the hit Netflix series "Dance Monsters". She has also played herself in the COVID Documentary "Affected: The Story of US".
As a dancer and choreographer, she has had the privilege of touring and choreographing for several artist such as The Roots, LL Cool J, Ludacris, Blu Cantrell, Lenny Kravitz, Missy Elliott and Busta Rhymes. She has also toured on staff and assisted for the National Dance Conventions "Monsters of Hip Hop" and "Monsters of Contemporary". She danced for Cirque Du Soleil and has also been on episodes of BET's "Wild N' Out" and "106 and Park" and America's Best DanceCrew, So You Think You Can Dance and DC 50 on the CW Network. She has Directed and Choreographed and Performed for commercial brands such as Under Armour, RJ Reynolds, Nike, Vitamin Water, Red Bull, Adidas and Finish Line.
Chelsea was the Visual Design Director for Culture Shock DC and Founder/Performer/Choreographer for one of the Nation's best all female dance Crew's, "Kickrocks Crew". She is a sought after Masterclass Instructor Nationally and Internationally having taught/choreographed for major Universities, Studios and Professional Companies. She has developed concepts and choreographed shows, competitions and tours for studios and companies ranging from amateur to commercial corporate venues and arenas. She is a Metro DC Dance Award Winner for Best Emerging Performer and Best Emerging Choreographer.
Most recently, Chelsea choreographed and performed for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies at the United World Games in Austria 2019. She received the National Coach of the Year Award in 2018/2019 for the All Stars Competitive Circuit. She is a resident Instructor at Equinox Fitness in Washington, D.C., and plays an integral part in the success of the Adrenaline Dance Studio All Stars program. Her training and coaching youth to senior level competitive teams has proven to make noise in the urban, studio and All Star Circuits resulting in undefeated first place and Grande Champion awards.
